Shipping Terms & Conditions
Order Processing Time
Orders will usually be shipped within 48 hours of confirmed receipt of payment Monday through Friday after we confirm orders by email. During our holiday season, orders will usually be shipped within 72 hours of confirmed receipt of payment Monday through Friday.
We ship all domestic (US) and international orders by FeEx only.
The time in transit ranges from 1 – 7 business days depending on services customers choose. This is the estimated time it takes the carrier to deliver the item. All delivery time will be notified and confirmed by our customer service in emails.
In no event will Esatcom be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situations beyond their reasonable control.
Esatcom will only accept shipments to a valid street address. For delivery to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO), please contact Esatcom customer service by emailing to email@example.com before placing order.
If your package arrives damaged, immediately notify both the shipping/delivery carrier and us, we will assist you.
If your oversized item shipped by freight carrier arrives with obvious and significant damage to the packaging, you may refuse and return the shipment based on those grounds. Please contact our customer service right away to notify us of the problem.
Once your package is shipped from our warehouse, you are provided an email with the tracking confirmation number. You may also log into your online store account to check the status of your individual orders. Your order’s normal processing time frame for it to leave our warehouse is 48 - 72 hours and you may expect delivery within 1 – 7 business days from that time. If you do not receive a notification regarding your shipment or your physical shipment within this time frame, please contact Esatcom customer service immediately to file a claim to have us investigate your missing shipment with the shipping carrier. Esatcom will not honor requests over 30 days of a shipments delivery to investigate missing or damaged claims.
If your shipment is returned to our warehouse, we will attempt to contact you at the email address provided within 1 - 2 business days of the return. If you are unsuccessful reaching you by email, our customer service representative will call the number provided at the time of checkout. Any packages returned due to an insufficient address may result in an additional processing fee to be resent. Esatcom is not responsible for any inaccurate information provided at the time of checkout, and returned shipments are subject to additional processing fees for inaccuracy.
This above Shipping and Delivery Policy is subject to change without notice. The version of this Shipping and Delivery Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your purchase. Esatcom recommends you print or otherwise retain a copy of this Shipping and Delivery Policy at the time of your purchase.
