This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and handled at Esatcom Inc. (“Esatcom”, “we”, or “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set forth below, which are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of confirmed payment (Monday–Friday).
During peak periods or holiday seasons, processing time may extend up to 72 hours.
Customers will receive an email confirmation when the order is processed and ready to ship.
2. Shipping Carrier
All domestic and international shipments are delivered exclusively via UPS.
If you require an alternate carrier or freight arrangement, please contact us at sales@esatcom.com before placing your order.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Transit times vary depending on the service level selected and shipping destination.
Typical delivery ranges from 1 to 7 business days after shipment.
Final delivery timelines will be confirmed by our Customer Service team via email once tracking is available.
⚠️ Esatcom is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including weather disruptions, customs delays, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues.
4. Shipping Address Requirements
We ship only to valid physical street addresses.
For deliveries to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses, please contact our Customer Service team before placing your order.
5. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
Notify both the shipping carrier and Esatcom immediately.
If the shipment was sent via freight and arrives with visible or significant packaging damage, you may refuse the shipment and contact us right away.
We will assist in filing damage claims with the carrier and arranging replacements if necessary.
6. Missing Packages
Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
Order status and tracking can also be accessed through your Esatcom online account.
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our team within 30 days of the shipment date.
Requests for missing or damaged items made after 30 days from delivery will not be honored.
7. Returned Packages
If a shipment is returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address, we will attempt to contact you via email or phone within 1–2 business days.
Reshipping the package may incur additional processing and shipping fees.
Esatcom is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.
8. Policy Updates
Esatcom reserves the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction. We encourage customers to print or save a copy of this policy for their records.
