Returns for Purchases Made Directly from Esatcom
At Esatcom Inc., customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with a product purchased directly from Esatcom, either through our website (www.esatcom.com) or by email, you may request a return within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
Not all products are eligible for return. Some items—especially custom, factory-built, or special-order products—are non-returnable or may require factory approval. Please contact us in advance to confirm your product’s return eligibility.
How to Request a Return Authorization
All returns require a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA) issued by Esatcom. Contact our Customer Service team:

Return Requirements
Products must be returned in original packaging to the address specified by Esatcom.
The RMA number must be clearly included in the return shipment.
All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, unless otherwise dictated by the manufacturer.
In cases where the original supplier or factory imposes a higher restocking fee, Esatcom reserves the right to pass through that fee to the customer.
Additional charges may apply for missing or damaged parts.
Conditions for Return Acceptance
RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from issuance.
Customers are responsible for:
Prepaying all return shipping costs
Assuming risk of loss or damage in transit
Returns will be refused or returned at the customer’s expense with no refund if:
No RMA number is included
The product is returned after the 15-day window
Packaging is incomplete or improper
The product is non-returnable or lacks required factory approval
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only if Esatcom has not yet placed the order with the factory or supplier.
If a cancellation request is made after we have placed the order with the manufacturer or submitted payment, the order is considered final and non-cancellable, even if requested within a few days.
We will try to accommodate your request, but cancellation approval depends on the manufacturer’s policies and may be subject to:
Restocking fees
Non-refundable charges
Denial of cancellation for custom or configured items

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from Esatcom. For items purchased through third-party resellers, please contact them directly.
