Return Policy for direct Esatcom sale

Esatcom’s return policy allows for products purchased directly from Esatcom via its ecommerce website,, to be returned by the original purchaser during the initial fifteen (15) day period following the date of purchase. An Esatcom return authorization number must first be obtained as provided below. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

The return authorization number must first be obtained from Esatcom’s Customer Service by emailing or by calling 718-276-0800 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except major holidays.

Products must be returned to the address specified by Esatcom and must be shipped in the original packaging. The return authorization number must be included in the packaging. Esatcom reserves the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts in addition to the twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee.

Return authorization numbers are valid for only fifteen (15) days from issuance. The customer is responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Esatcom. If the product is returned to Esatcom (i) without an Esatcom return authorization number, or (ii) beyond the fifteen (15) day period, or (iii) without proper packaging, Esatcom retains the right to refuse delivery of such return or may return the unit to the customer at the customer’s expense and with no refund issued.

Once your return is received and inspected by Esatcom Customer Service, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to coincide with the method of payment you used. Please note, depending on your credit card company, bank or payment processor, it will likely take at least 3 to 10 days for your credit to be posted to your account.

This Return Policy does not apply to products purchased at retailers or from parties other than Esatcom.
