The Vulcan is a distributive (full fan-out) Matrix. With 128 Inputs x 128 Outputs routing in an extremely compact 16U high chassis this matrix gives a high performance solution to frequency signal routing changes and handling a high volume of downlink feeds.
All active components are hot-swap - RF cards, CPU's and PSU's. In addition the Vulcan IF Matrix has the designed-in resilience provided by dual redundant CPU's, and dual redundant PSU's.
A variety of impedances and connector types are available.
