TSACO-1200 AUTOMATIC FAILOVER SWITCH

The TSACO-1200 is a transport stream automatic failover switch that enables broadcasters to automatically switch between primary and backup transport streams in the event of a failure, preventing an unexpected off-air situation, as can be defined in the user configurable web interface.

The TSACO-1200 can be ordered as a basic relay-based, single-output switch for ASI or SMPTE-310M transport streams. Optionally, the TSACO-1200 can be upgraded to provide dual-active outputs, seamless switching to maintain sync-lock during a switch, and independent conversion of each output to either ASI or SMPTE-310M.

It is controlled via a web server user interface and allows the user to configure trigger thresholds and monitor the unit status. Adhering to the concept of our TSACO family of products, the TSACO-1200 is designed for easy operation.

The TSACO-1200 has GPI/O, dual power supplies for reliability, and is field upgradable.
