The ETL Systems Alto ALT-G2A-L1-250 is an L-band automatic gain control amplifier module operating from 850–2150 MHz. In AGC mode, it automatically adjusts gain to maintain a user-selected output level as the input level changes. Manual mode allows direct gain adjustment across a nominal 0–55 dB range.

AGC output levels are selectable from −20 to 0 dBm in 2 dB steps, with ±1 dB setting accuracy. Positive slope compensation from 0–6 dB is factory settable, with a pivot point at 2150 MHz. AGC rise and decay times are also factory settable to suit the application.

The hot-swappable module occupies one slot in a compatible GENUS 2U chassis. Local and remote monitoring and control are provided through the selected chassis, supporting convenient adjustment and status checks in satellite communications and RF distribution systems.
