ETL Systems Alto ALT-G2A-S3-253 S-Band AGC Amplifier 2200–2300 MHz
The ETL Systems Alto ALT-G2A-S3-253 is an S-band automatic gain control amplifier module operating from 2200–2300 MHz. In AGC mode, it automatically adjusts gain to maintain a user-selected output level as the RF input level changes. Manual mode allows direct gain adjustment across a nominal 5–65 dB range.
AGC output levels are selectable from −25 to 0 dBm in 1 dB steps, with ±1 dB setting accuracy. The supported input-level range depends on the selected output level. AGC rise and decay times are factory settable to suit the application.
The module also provides 0–0.75 dB slope compensation with a pivot point at 2200 MHz. Specified gain flatness is ±0.25 dB in manual gain mode at zero slope. Output P1dB is +17.5 dBm typ. across the specified gain range, while OIP3 is +30 dBm at maximum gain.
Each hot-swappable amplifier occupies one slot in a compatible GENUS 2U chassis. Local and remote monitoring and control are provided through the selected chassis, including module temperature and DC bias monitoring.

This listing covers one amplifier module. The compatible GENUS chassis, RF cables, and other accessories are sold separately unless included in the quoted configuration. Published RF performance is for standalone amplifier operation; confirm performance in the selected chassis configuration. Gain extension up to 70 dB may reduce performance, including linearity, and requires configuration confirmation. Indoor use only. Specify connector options and required AGC response times when requesting a quotation.
