Low Power Consumption Ku-Band Intelligent Block Upconverter – Modem Powered
The Terrasat IBUC 2e Ku-Band is a low-energy, intelligent GaAs-based block upconverter designed for modem-powered VSAT and SATCOM terminals. Available in 4W, 8W, 12W, and 16W output levels, the IBUC 2e is optimized for applications where power efficiency and compact size are critical.
Unlike the standard IBUC 2, the IBUC 2e is powered via the IFL coaxial cable only, eliminating the need for an external power connector. Its reduced power consumption makes it ideal for terminals with limited ODU power supply capacity.
