Nisshinbo NJT8301N Ku-band 14.0 - 14.5 GHz 1.5W BUC 

The NJT8301N is a compact and high-performance Ku-band 1.5W BUC (Block Upconverter) designed for VSAT uplink applications. It operates over 14.0–14.5 GHz (Standard Ku-band) with a 13.05 GHz local oscillator, converting L-band IF signals (950–1450 MHz) to RF for reliable satellite transmission. With +31 dBm output power, stable gain, and support for external 10 MHz reference, it ensures consistent uplink performance in broadband and enterprise satellite systems.
