Nisshinbo NJT8371NMKA Ku-band 14.0 - 14.5 GHz 40W GaN BUC
The NJT8371NMKA is a compact and high-performance Ku-band 40W BUC (Block Upconverter) designed for VSAT uplink applications. It operates over 14.0–14.5 GHz (standard Ku-band) with a 13.05 GHz local oscillator, converting L-band IF signals (950–1450 MHz) to RF for reliable satellite transmission. With saturated output power 40W (+46 dBm), stable gain, and support for external 10 MHz reference, it ensures consistent uplink performance in broadband and enterprise satellite systems.
