The NJT8306F is a compact and high-performance Ku-band 6W BUC (Block Upconverter) designed for VSAT uplink applications. It operates over 14.0–14.5 GHz (standard Ku-band) with a 13.05 GHz local oscillator, converting L-band IF signals (950–1450 MHz) to RF for reliable satellite transmission. With P1dB +37.8 dBm output power, stable gain, and support for external 10 MHz reference, it ensures consistent uplink performance in broadband and enterprise satellite systems.
