ETI ASM-1 Automated Air Distribution Manifold

The ETI NETCOM ASM-1 Smart Manifold automatically distributes and monitors low-pressure dry air from one or more dehydrators to multiple antenna waveguides or transmission lines.

Seven of the ASM-1’s eight ports can be configured as air inputs, outputs or unused ports. The eighth port functions as a programmable pressure-relief valve that vents excess pressure caused by conditions such as solar heating or during system testing. The default configuration provides two inputs, five outputs and one pressure-relief port.

Continuous monitoring allows the ASM-1 to isolate a leaking transmission line while keeping the remaining lines pressurized. Automated line testing measures leak-down rates to help identify developing leaks and schedule maintenance before a critical failure occurs.

The ASM-1 can control multiple ETI ADH NETCOM dehydrators in parallel or redundant configurations. Parallel pumping increases dry-air capacity by operating multiple dehydrators together, while redundant pumping improves reliability by keeping one or more units on standby and alternating the primary dehydrator.
