The ETL Systems GRIFFIN GRF-202 provides 2×1 optical redundancy switching for single-mode fibre signals over 1240–1640 nm. Its latching switch design offers less than 1.8 dB optical insertion loss and 60 dB minimum optical isolation. The module occupies one slot in a compatible GRIFFIN chassis and is available with SC-APC or FC-APC connectors.
