ETL Systems StingRay SRY-G1S-DA-165 Gigabit Ethernet over Fiber Module
The ETL Systems StingRay SRY-G1S-DA-165 provides bidirectional Ethernet connectivity between copper and optical interfaces. It features two 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ45 ports and two Gigabit Ethernet SFP slots, interconnected through an unmanaged Ethernet switch.
Standard optical SFP configurations use two fibers per optical link for bidirectional operation. Compatible BiDi SFP modules enable single-fiber links. Optical wavelength selection depends on the specified SFP modules, with LC duplex single-mode connections available for standard configurations.
The double-width module occupies two slots in a compatible GENUS 1U chassis and supports hot swapping. Chassis-based monitoring includes module temperature, with local front-panel and remote access available through the compatible GENUS platform. Outdoor installation requires a suitable ETL ODU enclosure.
