Peak P7001D Dual-Channel L-Band to IF Down Converter

The Peak Communications P7001D Down Converter is a fully synthesised dual-channel L-Band to IF down converter designed for professional satellite communication systems. It converts 950–1750 MHz L-Band signals to 70 MHz ±18 MHz or 140 MHz ±36 MHz IF, supporting two independent channels in a compact 1U rack-mount unit.

Developed by Peak Communications Ltd, the P7001D delivers stable L-Band to IF frequency conversion and excellent RF performance suitable for high-order modulation and high-data-rate SATCOM networks. Each channel can be configured independently, and the system supports 1+1 and 2+1 redundancy control, automatic 10 MHz external reference locking, and optional Ethernet remote management for reliable satellite earth station and teleport operation. 

The P7001D dual-channel down converter is commonly used in satellite ground stations, teleports, and broadcast uplink facilities requiring reliable L-Band to IF signal conversion.
