Peak P7021 Series S-Band to IF Down Frequency Converter

The Peak Communications P7021 Series S-Band to IF Down Frequency Converters are fully synthesised satellite converters designed for professional SATCOM ground stations, telemetry systems, and S-Band communication infrastructure. The converters down-convert S-Band signals to 70 MHz ±18 MHz or 140 MHz ±36 MHz IF, providing a reliable interface for satellite receivers, modems, and digital communication equipment.

Manufactured by Peak Communications Ltd, the P7021 Series offers stable frequency conversion and high RF performance suitable for high-order modulation and high-data-rate SATCOM networks. Available frequency variants include P7021A (2200–2300 MHz), P7021B (2200–2400 MHz), and P7021C (2000–2400 MHz) to support a wide range of S-Band satellite and telemetry applications.

The converter features an intuitive front-panel graphical display and keypad interface, integrated 1+1 and 2+1 redundancy control via CANBUS, and automatic external 10 MHz reference detection and locking for precise frequency stability in demanding ground station environments. The P7021 Series meets Intelsat IBS and Eutelsat SMS specifications and complies with IESS308 / IESS309 requirements, making it suitable for modern high-performance satellite communication systems.
