The CPI model LKA20S110-XXXXX is a high-performance Ka-band Low Noise Amplifier operating over 18.2–20.2 GHz with an ultra-low noise temperature of 110 K and 60 dB gain. Engineered for satellite communication systems and earth station front ends, this LNA features HEMT technology, temperature-compensated gain, built-in isolators, and rugged RF packaging. It includes WR42 input and SMA output, with optional +20 dBm output power and AC power supply support.
