The LCD4S30-XX is a premium extended C-band Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) designed for satellite earth station receivers and telecom infrastructure. Operating over the 3.40–4.20 GHz frequency range, it delivers a guaranteed minimum gain of 60 dB and a maximum noise temperature of 30 K. Engineered with HEMT/GaAs FET technology, it features a built-in input isolator, rugged weatherproof housing, and integrated protection circuitry for dependable outdoor performance.
