LKA20S120-XXXXX Ka-Band LNA | 18.2–20.2 GHz, 120 K, 60 dB Gain
The CPI LKA20S120-XXXXX is a Ka-band Low Noise Amplifier covering 18.2–20.2 GHz, delivering ultra-low noise temperature of 120 K and high gain of 60 dB. Designed for satellite earth stations and telecom applications, it features temperature-compensated gain, built-in input/output isolators, and high-reliability HEMT design. With a rugged WR42 input and SMA output, the LNA ensures outstanding performance over –40°C to +70°C environments. Optional configurations include +20 dBm output power and AC power input.
