Ka-Band Dual System

The Ka-Band Dual System is engineered to provide full coverage of the Ka-band receive spectrum. This system includes a wideband Ka-band Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) with an integrated waveguide isolator, Ka-band Block Downconverters (BDCs) also featuring waveguide isolators, and matched high-frequency cables for optimized signal integrity.

With exceptional phase noise performance, the system fully supports all DVB-S2X service profiles. Designed for flexibility, the system offers a range of customization options including Local Oscillator (LO) frequency, gain, and frequency range, as well as separate inputs for DC power and an external 10 MHz reference signal.

For advanced functionality, the optional SMW Monitoring & Control (M&C) interface enables daisy-chaining of multiple units via a Modbus RTU RS485 network, supporting alarm and remote monitoring features.
