The Datum Systems PSM-500L is a high-performance L-Band satellite modem designed for professional SCPC and burst SATCOM applications. Supporting data rates from 1.2 kbps up to 29.5 Mbps, it delivers excellent BER performance, fast acquisition, and low latency using advanced FlexLDPC coding. The modem provides flexible external BUC power options, integrated LNB power, and a high-stability 10 MHz reference distributed through the RF connectors, making it ideal for fixed, mobile, and networked satellite architectures.
