The Comtech CDM-570A/L and CDM-570A/L-IP are bandwidth-efficient satellite modems for enterprise, mobile backhaul, maritime and emergency communication networks. They combine VersaFEC-2, optional DoubleTalk Carrier-in-Carrier and optimized transmit rolloffs to reduce satellite bandwidth and power requirements. Models are available with 70/140 MHz or L-band IF, while IP versions add packet processing, compression, QoS and Vipersat integration.
