ETL Systems Swift SWF-G1S-KX-115 2+1 10 MHz–15 GHz RF Redundancy Switch Module
The ETL Systems Swift SWF-G1S-KX-115 provides 2+1 redundancy switching for Falcon frequency converters in a compatible 1U GENUS chassis, with a 10 MHz–15 GHz path and a 10 MHz–2.45 GHz path. Supporting two active converters with one shared standby converter, this hot-swappable module occupies four chassis slots and offers local touchscreen control and remote operation through the parent chassis.
Frequency Range: 10 MHz–15 GHz on one path; 10 MHz–2.45 GHz on the other
Redundancy Configuration: 2+1; two active converters and one standby converter
System Configuration: One redundancy switch and three converter modules
Insertion Loss, 15 GHz Path: ≤1.0 dB up to 2.5 GHz; ≤1.6 dB above 2.5 GHz to 12.75 GHz
Insertion Loss, 2.45 GHz Path: ≤1.0 dB across 10 MHz–2.45 GHz
Insertion Loss Variation: ±0.50 dB maximum between input paths or output paths
Gain Flatness: ±1.0 dB over any 1 GHz bandwidth
Return Loss: 16 dB up to 2.45 GHz; 14 dB above 2.45 GHz to 10.7 GHz; 12 dB above 10.7 GHz to 15 GHz
Isolation: 55 dB minimum, path to path
Input Power: Up to +35 dBm
In-Band Spurs: Non-carrier-related, <−85 dBm
Control & Monitoring: Through the parent chassis HMI and RJ45 Ethernet interface with web browser and SNMP
Module Width: Four chassis slots
Operating Temperature: 0°C to +45°C
Installation: Indoor use within a compatible 1U GENUS chassis
Application: Falcon frequency converter redundancy
Key Features
• Two active frequency converters with one shared standby converter
• 10 MHz–15 GHz and 10 MHz–2.45 GHz signal paths
• Compact four-slot module design
• Low insertion loss with 55 dB minimum path isolation
• Hot-swappable, field-replaceable switch module
• Local touchscreen and remote Ethernet control through the parent chassis
Requires a compatible 1U GENUS chassis and Falcon converter configuration. Insertion-loss specifications exclude external linking cables. Specifications apply to the standalone module; performance may vary in an integrated converter redundancy system.
