The DTV Innovations TSC-6000 is a professional transport-stream format converter for ASI, SMPTE-310M and Transport Stream over IP applications. Designed for terrestrial, cable and satellite broadcast systems, it supports ATSC and DVB standards, ATSC Mobile DTV applications, and 188-byte or 204-byte transport-stream packets.

The TSC-6000 accepts ASI, SMPTE-310M or TSoIP input and provides all three output formats simultaneously. SMPTE 2022 processing supports UDP or RTP transport-stream encapsulation, de-encapsulation and forward error correction. Equalized and amplified ASI and SMPTE-310M loop outputs provide additional signal-distribution flexibility.

An integrated web-server interface allows operators to configure I/O settings, process null packets, monitor system status, and save or load user-defined configurations. Relay bypass, rear-panel GPIO, front-panel indicators, dual power supplies and field-upgradable architecture provide reliable operation in professional broadcast facilities.
