DEV 7235 & DEV 7335 10 MHz Reference RF over Fiber Link
The DEV 7235 and DEV 7335 10 MHz Reference RF over Fiber Link transports a stable 10 MHz reference signal over single-mode optical fiber. It is designed for satellite uplink stations, remote antenna facilities and other applications requiring reliable reference-frequency distribution to BUCs, LNBs and frequency-conversion equipment.
The link delivers 0 ±1 dB maximum gain, greater than 80 dB carrier-to-noise ratio and greater than +10 dBm output P1dB. Although described generally as a fixed-gain link, the current datasheet specifies 0-5 dB adjustable gain in the DEV 7335 receiver for output-level balancing.
Both hot-swappable modules incorporate adjustable RF sensing, front-panel status LEDs and dedicated SMA monitoring ports. Standard SC/APC and optional FC/APC or E2000/HRL optical connectors support installation in compatible indoor and outdoor DEV Optribution chassis.
