DEV 7187 Alpha Outdoor RF over Fiber Chassis, up to 16 Channels
The DEV 7187 Optribution Alpha Outdoor Chassis is a rugged IP65-rated aluminum enclosure supporting up to 16 RF over fiber channels. Four module positions accommodate Alpha optical transmitters and receivers, each providing as many as four optical channels.
The configurable outdoor chassis supports standard and high-power L-band links, 10 MHz reference transmission, CWDM and 1+1 redundancy. RF interfaces are available with 50 Ohm SMA or 75 Ohm precision F female connectors. A separate module position accommodates a CWDM de-/multiplexer without occupying the transmitter or receiver slots.
Variable gain, RF sensing, LNB power, redundant AC power supplies, signal recording, SNMP and the DEV Web Interface provide reliable operation and centralized management. The DEV 7187 is interoperable with other DEV Alpha and Optribution RF over fiber products.
