DEV 1982 ARCHIMEDES 8² L-Band Matrix Switch, 4x4 to 8x8 

The DEV 1982 ARCHIMEDES 8² L-Band Matrix Switch provides flexible any-input-to-any-output routing for up to eight L-band inputs and eight outputs within a compact 19-inch, 1 RU chassis. Reduced 4x4, 4x8 and 8x4 configurations are also available and can be field-upgraded to 8x8 as requirements grow.

Operating from 950 to 2150 MHz, the DEV 1982 supports 50 Ohm, 75 Ohm and optical input configurations. Electrical interfaces include SMA, BNC and precision F female connectors, while optional single-mode optical inputs are available with LC/APC or SC/APC connectors.

An additional independently switchable output permits continuous signal monitoring without interrupting active matrix paths. The graphical local interface, DEV Web Interface and SNMP support provide convenient local and remote control. Optional features include variable slope, LNB power, secure path locking and automatic input-channel redundancy.
